The secret of our department is to make plans by considering every single detail. Monthly meetings are organized for inventory management, decisions are adopted based on forecasts and historical trends for purchase plan, and order plan is made on a weekly and monthly basis.
Demand collection meetings are organized with the supplier companies at the beginning of each month for inventory management. Monthly and annual product purchase plans are reviewed in these meetings. We assess the details of NPI (non-performance inventory) quantities, products in delist and order closed statuses and products which may become NPI; and take product-specific actions. We set sales targets for future months and periods based on our reports.
