The products are stored in 11.000. m² indoor storage area due to the e-commerce activities, and taken out for delivery depending on the product visibility and lost shipping cost calculations. Value-added operations are planned based on the requirements of the products, and special operations are carried out for returned products.
We identify the expectations, logistics needs, and issues of the customers in our storage area, and offer our services with customer-specific solutions. We closely monitor the advancing storage technologies, and adapt new solutions to our process in order to offer quality, healthy, and cost-effective solutions. Thus, we increase efficiency by utilizing less manpower, and manage the daily changes in demand with flexible and low cost.
Warehouse operations structure consists of items such as goods receiving, truck unloading, storage, inventory management, order management, shipment preparation, and delivery note and invoice printing. Operations such as QR code, serial number, FIFO, FEFO, LIFO, BATCH monitoring, Product Tracking System (ÜTS) declarations, date of manufacture and expiry date tracking, daily and periodic inventory taking, quarantine and scrap management, consumables supply and management, and performance management are carried out in this area as well.
Our warehouse has 11.000 m² indoor area and 10.000 pallet storage capacity, and we aim to expand our warehouse volume by adding a new one next year.

We offer inventory management, single and multiple order collection, unit quality control, labelling, barcoding, process management, order packaging, management of various product lines, cart merging, invoice printing, collect/distribute algorithms, order cancellation procedures as part of our e-commerce services with a powerful information technologies infrastructure.
We prepare approximately 2.500 shipments daily for more than 400.000 customers, and submit to the courier company in 24 hours with an objective of excellent service level. We have integration for many marketplaces in this field.

Shipments in the distribution channel are diversified as full truck load, partial, cargo, and self-owned fleet shipments. Shipments are delivered to more than 30.000 points in total consisting of national and local chain stores, discount stores, national and local perfumeries, personal care stores, distributors, and dealers.
